As for best equipment, it's usually the most expensive ones. Best armor can be farmed near Skalitz from high level bandits. Best weapons can be bought from the weapon merchant in Rattay. Best way to earn lotsa money is to farm those high level bandits, loot their shit and sell them to the armorsmith in Sasau, Master Ota.
Strength experience. That's right, herbalists can start to gain strength experience for every squat they do when acquiring plants starting at level 10. Level 10 is easy to achieve in the first village, which means that you will have a non-combat way of boosting strength immediately (I think it works out to 1 exp per collection attempt).
Brew the Buck's Blood Potion. As you level up it will get better. Keep picking Nettles until you unlock Resistance under the Herbalism Branch, this gives a Permanent +2 to Vitality. 4, Haemophilia
Herbalism is a skill you refine when picking up flowers, roots, and all sorts of other plants that you can find all throughout Kingdom Come: Deliverance. As you level up this skill, you begin to pick up herbs in an area of effect around yourself, which allows you to collect them faster and more easily. This area gradually grows in size the
With any luck this altercation will increase your Strength to level 2 along with your main level (keep punching him till it does). Don't use that stat point though these perks aren't worth it right now. I recommend doing it early since she's low level & you might get accustomed to a high level Henry and die uselessly as her. Capon's DLC works mid-game. You don't need to be Uber powerful, but having perfect throw (agility perk) and some lucky dice
Heavy Swing improves your bow/STR melee-weapon damage by 3%, at the cost of 10% more stamina per swing. It's fine, I guess, but hardly something you need to beeline for. According to a perk guide I read and the wiki it's 20% damage increase for 10% more stamina. They might've changed it though, so I can't be sure.
This takes away the level requirement for the routine perk. Im not entirely sure how the the perk works, when brewing some potions will say "you do not have the whole recipe." However I know it works for Saviour Schnapps. ( Edit: I was told this was due to a reading requirement that was not met )
